Martin Asher is an Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a long and successful track record testifying on antitrust issues. Professor Asher has been deposed or has testified on 12 different antitrust matters, including price fixing and market allocation as well as monopolization across a wide range of markets including cathode ray tubes, commercial tissue products, and model agencies. Professor Asher also served as an expert in the largest gender discrimination class action in US history.
