Melissa  joined Fideres in April 2025 as a Finance Controller after honing her career in the Media, Sports and Entertainment industry. Having worked with the media giant WPP, and Sports companies such as Whisper Group and IMG on Premier League Production, managing £72M production.

Melissa's varied background brings a wealth of experience and knowledge as her responsibilities included implementing new accounting systems, streamlining the month end reporting process, accounts preparation, budgeting, month end reporting, business partnering and team building.

Melissa holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy & Finance and is certified in Management and Leadership.
