Tania joined the Fideres management team in 2024. She brings extensive experience in strategic consulting and operational leadership from her experience at PwC Consulting, Ericsson, and through founding and managing a travel business. Her expertise spans operations management, strategic planning, communication markets, and competition economics, with a focus on enhancing business performance through innovative strategies. Tania holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol. She is passionate about driving data-driven, ethical decision-making and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
