ESG Statement

Our work examines the conduct of companies and financial markets. We hold our own conduct to the same standard. Our policy on ESG sits alongside our key values of Fairness, Innovation, Directness and Exactness.

Our commitment towards environmental, social and corporate governance issues (“ESG”) starts with our Partners and extends throughout the organization. Our efforts are small and hands-on, but we believe remain an important step towards a more sustainable society.

We believe that an open and transparent culture where information flows between management and employees, is an integral part of an ESG culture and we operate an employee feedback committee, to ensure that all voices, ideas and concerns are heard and responded to.

We are signatories of the United Nation’s Global Compact, and supporters of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
