VICKY JOHNSON

Vicky Johnson is a finance executive with 20+ years of global leadership across social impact, strategy consulting, health innovation, property development, software and manufacturing. Proven expertise in building financial controls and systems, leading digital transformation, scaling multinational operations, and building and leading multicultural teams. Trusted board advisor with deep experience in risk governance, regulatory compliance, and strategy. From 2021 – 2025 Vicky was the inaugural Chief Financial Officer of MedAccess Guarantee Ltd – for a £200M social impact enterprise accelerating access to health in low-income markets via innovative financial products. Oversaw financial strategy, planning, reporting, statutory compliance, and enterprise risk management. From 2016 to 2021, Vicky served as Global Director of Finance at Dalberg Advisory, leading its global finance and IT teams and helping drive 8x growth. Large projects undertaken included a roll out of an ERP system in 18 countries, set up and running of shared services, a new global corporate structure, development of transfer pricing methodologies and implementing global treasury management. 2011-2016 - Vicky was Director of Operations and Finance at Boston Consulting Group in South Africa, spearheading the establishment of BCG’s first office in Africa and managing personnel within finance, local IT, and human resources departments. Prior to joining BCG Vicky was Head of Finance for Sub Saharan Africa for McKinsey Inc. Vicky is an International Trustee and Chair of the Audit Committee at CAMFED in London, UK.
