Stacey joined Fideres in August 26 as the Global Head of People at Fideres, where she leads the firm's people strategy, supporting the attraction, development and retention of exceptional talent across its international offices.

She has over 15 years' experience in leading HR functions, partnering closely with leadership to develop organisational capability, strengthen culture and drive business performance.

Before joining Fideres, Stacey spent over a decade as the Global Head of People at Finalta, part of McKinsey & Company, where she built the People function from the ground up and supported the firm's international growth across Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.

Stacey has a degree in Forensic Chemistry from Strathclyde University and is an Associate member of the CIPD.
