ANISHA ARYA
Anisha joined Fideres in September 2026. Prior to joining, she worked as an Economic Analyst in Historic England's Policy & Evidence team, where she led research examining how the historic character of buildings affects residential and commercial property values. Her work assessed whether heritage is associated with a price premium or discount, contributing to the economic case for investment in heritage.
Anisha has a background in economics and finance, with a particular interest in applied economic research and financial markets. Prior to Historic England, she gained experience through research and economic internships with the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (DEFRA), and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities (DLUHC), where she worked on quantitative analysis to support policy and decision-making. Her academic work has focused on applying economic and quantitative methods to real-world questions.
